REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Pest Control

 

The Fairmont Housing Authority, North Carolina ("FHA" or "the Authority") is inviting proposals from qualified Temporary Staffing Agencies. 

 

RFP packets may be picked up or requested beginning April 4th, 2024 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday at the FHA's office located at 501 McDaniel Street, Fairmont, NC.

 

Interested Firms shall request, by phone or email a RFP packet, which contains a description of the services required, by contacting Maria Floyd at 910-628-7467 or email at mfloyd@fairmont-housing.com.  Questions and request for interpretation of the RFP's requirements should be directed to Sandy Mallory by email only at fha@fairmonthousing.org at least seven (7) calendar days before the proposal submittal deadline.  No oral interpretation of the RFP's requirements will be given to any prospective respondent.

 

Proposals shall be received in a sealed envelope and will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. (EST) on April 22, 2024.  Proposals shall be kept confidential.

 

Late submissions will not be accepted.

 

The criteria for evaluating these Proposals will be based solely on the items set forth in the RFP.  There will be one contract awarded to the most responsive and responsible proposal, which in the judgment of FHA best meets the objectives of the Housing Authority.

 

The FHA reserves the right to reject any Proposals and/or waive any informality in the solicitation process.  The proposal will not be available for public review until contract has been awarded.
