New Release - ACOP and Lease Update - Public Housing

Attention BRICK APRTMENT Residents:

A new Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) and lease will go into effect on July 1, 2025, in line with updated HOTMA guidelines.

You are welcome to review the proposed policy at any time during normal business hours.

Additionally, the public hearing on June 24, 2025 @ 11 AM for the Annual Plan, includes the updated ACOP and lease.
