Public Hearing Notice

As part of the Annual Plan for the Public Housing program covering October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, the Fairmont Housing Authority will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 11:00 am.  The hearing will be held by telephone Conference.  The purpose of the hearing is to solicit public input regarding the fiscal year 2026-Annual Plan and any Revisions to the Admission and Continued Occupancy Policy.  The plan is a guide to the Housing Authority's policies, programs, operations, strategies and new work items proposed for CFP for meeting local housing needs and goals.  The plan can be viewed at 501 McDaniel Street, Fairmont, NC 28340 between the hours of 9 am - 3:00 pm Monday through Thursday. 

Upon reasonable notice, FHA will make efforts to accommodate the needs of individuals with disabilities.
